Rambling since 1990
Whether it's on our own doorstep or further afield, the West Tyrone Ramblers get their walking boots on every weekend to explore the great outdoors. Rambling since 1990, all our walks are led by group members. Affiliated to the Ulster Federation of Rambling Clubs, we've two packed programmes of walks, of varying difficulty, throughout the year - rain, hail or shine.
As they say, there's no such thing as bad weather only the wrong clothes - so shoes, boots, rain jackets and layers are essential.
New members are always welcome and budding ramblers can come along and join on the morning of a walk.
We meet at Omagh Leisure Centre car park at 09:30 - from there we carshare to the walk's starting point.
